Fuzzy Gameboy Dice

fuzzygameboys.jpg Your Halo 3 paint job, and Legend of Zelda steering wheel cover leaving you noticed? Stick these fuzzy Gameboy dice in your car. A Kotaku reader made them himself, which unfortunately means you can not buy them, but look easy enough to craft yourself. The message you’re going to put out there? “Retro girls only.” Which isn’t all bad, if you’re in to that kind of thing.

Brando’s Cooking Mama Attachments For Wii

brandowii.jpg There are a lot of new attachments coming out for the new Wii games. Have you seen the recent billiards attachments? Well, heres something else. Check out the Cooking Mama Wii attachments. It’s obviously for the Wii game that lets you simulate cooking, by using the Wii remote, and the four attachments. Those four attachments include a frying pan, knife, fork, and spatula. These probably won’t increase your virtual cooking skills, but it will make the game feel a little more real.

Halo 3 Limited Edition Accesories

halo3gear.jpg It’s time for all those Halo fanatics out there to expand their collection with these limited edition Halo 3 accessories. For those that bout the $130 legendary edition, and still have some cash to burn, GameStop is stepping up to collect the rest of the fanatics’ money with a line of “limited edition” Halo 3 gear that drops September 4. The line includes a pair of Spartan, and Covenant 360 controllers and a wireless headset with a “uniquely Halo look.” As you can see, the controllers have some pretty nice artwork on them. The artwork is by Todd MacFarlane, and they each come with a Halo figure from McFarlane Toys. The headset is the samething as Microsoft’s, just with a Halo 3 logo melted onto it. For $60 each, the controllers aren’t a bad value proposition, but paying that much for a ugly headset should test the devotion of the most hardcore fanatic. Check out the product page.

Rumor: XBox 360 Core Edition For $200

You read the title right, but is it true? It’s really something we can question, but Bloggingstocks.com says it’s a legit deal. The word is that Microsoft is dropping the price on the XBox 360 Core Edition for $200. That’s $50 less than a Nintendo Wii. If this rumor turns out to be true, it’d be a great way to pick up a XBox 360 Elite Jr. Just fit a 120GB HD into that thing, and you’re good to go, all for about $380 total. While not much information is known at this time, I’ll be sure to follow this deal and let you guys know what’s up.

Add To Your Nintendo DS Lite’s Battery

nintendo-dsl-battery-pack.jpg Well, as we all know, most portable hand held consoles from Nintendo have a really long battery life, just like the Nintendo DS Lite. Well, I don’t think anyone would complain if they heard that third party manufacturers tossing in a little battery pack that extends your gaming time up to an additional forty hours, and even when the battery pack runs out of juice, which I doubt it will, you can pop in a couple of AA batteries to keep it going. As to everything, there are the pros of this add on, and the cons. This will definitely double the thickness of your DS Lite when you carry it around, because it’s as thick as one DS Lite. It’s a small price to pay when your traveling in a car across the country, so I’m guessing you would be able to live with this.

XBox 360 XFan Cooler

xfan.jpg If you’re in to console gaming, especially about the XBox 360, you might have read about Nyko’s intercooler that made it even hotter than it already was by running off the XBox 360’s power, so much for intercooler. Well after that little incident, people have been cautious of attaching any cooler to the XBox 360 at all. But if you’re in to console gaming, like I am, you would know that the XBox 360 needs a little help in the cooling department. The XFan from Titan Computer might just be the thing you’re looking for if you can get past the fact that it’s convex, while the XBox 360 is concave, and it’s green, tacky looking LEDs. Besides that fact, the fan is USB powered, which means it’s a little safer to use. The XFan from Titan Computer will be released sometime in the middle of June.

Ultimate XBox360 Racing Apparatus

racingsetup.jpg Did you buy a XBox 360 Racing Wheel after the price drop last week? Well this guy did, and apparently treated himself to a little bit more for his birthday. Not only does he have that sweet leather racing chair, XBox 360 Racing Wheel, and 5.1 surround sound speakers, he did the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen. He somehow found a way to split the display over three Samsung HDTVs. I guess this confirms that PGR supports multi-monitors.

Datel Drive Doctor for Wii

dateldrivedoc.jpg The Drive Doctor by Datel for your Wii is a basically a little bug that you can use to control your Wii. By attaching the unit by doing a bit of soldering, and your PC can interface with the Wii right through its USB port. What can you do from there? Technically, a lot. But as of right now? Just about nothing. While you can view the Wii’s data streams in real time, and even place in a couple strings of code of your own-mods, homebrew, etc- nobody has actually created any programs to run yet. This reminds me a lot of the PSP hacking/homebrew scene, so I would advise to put it on your “to get” list. For $35 you can get the Drive Doctor, and a Wii hacking/homebrew scene in the making. Let’s see those coders get down to business!

More Colors For Your XBox 360

colorware360hands.jpg If you’re one of the few who got a XBox 360 Elite more for the color, instead of the HDMI or the huge 120GB, then you are in luck. For about the price of $100, you can have a black, blue, red, orange, green, yellow, or whatever color you want, XBox 360. From looking at the pictures, these paint jobs seem a lot better than Microsoft’s matte paint job. We have ColorWare to thank for this. ColorWare will not only paint your console, but they will also paint your controllers as well. You have to ship them your console in order for them to paint it, unless you plan on buying a whole new one, but it’s sure to come back looking better than it ever did. If you wanted the 360 Elite for the 120GB, you could just go ahead and install your own hard-drive and save $100, that could go to the cost of the paint job. As for HDMI, there’s supposedly a faux HDMI cable coming out for the Non-Elite 360’s soon. No 1080p, but you do get to use HDMI.
